Dear john, I’m extremely disappointed that you feel your stay did not meet expectations. If you had reported that your bathroom was not up to standard we would have sent housekeeping to the apartment to address this immediately. I have to disagree with your comments regarding the kitchen. We have had multiple guests staying with us and have yet to receive a complaint regarding the kitchens or facilities. Best wishes
