Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The host to this property did not show up to check us in and we didnt get any instructions on how to access the property. Waiting 3 hours in the cold with my children. Host didnt respond to our calls and messages. Vrbo customer services also tried to get hold of them but no response. Disgraceful to allow this to happen to a family in a strange city with nowhere else to sleep. Booking got cancelled and awaiting a refund in 5-7 days but still left us out of pocket and stranded! Very disatisfied. Do not trust any bookings you make for this property even if you receive the confirmation emails and access keys.
Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2026
