"The hostel is ok, enough from a regular stay. Not all the staff from the bar were kind, the reception was not very welcome, but they were formal. We booked a your to Chobe for one price, and when we arrived the price had increased and yhey charged us the new price, not the booked one, so be careful. In general is ok to stay. We had an issue with the AC in our room and they fixed on the same day. Food on yhe bar was ok."

"This is a great hotel. Our river view room was spectacular. The staff were friendly. The overall surroundings are brilliant, well maintained, and we saw elephants having lunch in the neighbouring national park from a few feet away (through an electric fence!). It's well located to get into Livingstone and you really can't beat staying right on the banks of the Zambezi. The pool is nice, if slightly smaller than expected, and not heated. The service was sometimes slow. Food was good, not exceptional. But overall, a very positive experience and I'd stay here again if we return to Livingstone."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Kamunjila lodge for two separate nights during our time in Zambia and we absolutely loved our time here. The lodge felt like a home away from home and the friendly staff (Stanley and Conti in particular) really went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. The rooms are spotless and the lodge’s common space is a quiet oasis. Thank you for hosting us and we would love to return if we ever visit Zambia again!:)"
Victoria Falls Waterfront

"Good hotel on the banks of the Zambesi. Our room was right next to the river with view from the deck. Restaurant and bar also had a good view, large grounds to walk. Not far from the falls and only a $10 taxi fare. The Zambian side has a great view of the sunset along the line of the falls and no need to hurry to the exit for exactly 6 o'clock. Local taxi took us to the border and helped with immigration to Zimbabwe where a friend of the driver was waiting to take us to our hotel. Only $35 and no concerns and no need to walk with bags."

"We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us! They are obviously a lodge on soft opening period, most of the area is still under construction but the rooms were spotless clean. The breakfast was very filling that I left each morning very much ready for the adventures of the day. The staff were my favorite part of my stay - very accomodating (even lending us some Kwacha when we haven't gone to the money changers yet!) 10/10 would recommend."

"Our room was about what I would expect for a mid-range guest house in Zambia. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was clean. The adjoining bathroom was small, but it worked. we didn't actually eat the breakfast as we were out and about before it was served, but the cafe packed us a small breakfast the night before to take with us which was great. we did eat pizza one night and it was awesome! Some of the staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond to help us book our day trips, the evening front desk person was friendly but not as helpful. I would probalby stay here again"
