Excellent location for the night life and for shopping etc. Very central location! Very quiet despite being near the clubs and bars. Staff are superb and very helpful. Very clean and free coffee available in the communial area.

Pillows were a tad uncomfortable but the Hotel was fantastic. Our room was huge and very comfortable indeed. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Liverpool. Fab location next to lime st station, clean and tidy, reception staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Great when you want to go to the Christmas market. The hotel is on a hill though. I spend a lot of time in Liverpool and this is my go to hotel. It’s a gem of a place.dx

Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min
