Historic Mexico Building Apartment near Ljubljana city center

Our two-bedroom apartment is a great place to stay at! It is located near Ljubljana University Clinical Hospital, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre. With 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom, it is ideal for families or small groups of friends. Towels and linens, as well as free wireless, are all included!


Mexico Apartment is a great deal! It is located on the second floor (no elevator) of the historical building and therefore it offers a nice view of the surrounding area. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a TV and a sofa, where an extra bed can be prepared for 1 more person (15,00 eur/person/day). The second bedroom comes with a bunk bed for two more people. The apartment is originally suitable for 4 people, but with an additional sofa bed it can host maximum 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen comes with the dining area. There is also a bathroom with a bath. It is ideal for families or small groups of friends. Towels and linens, as well as free wireless, are all included!

You will love staying at this place in a really good location. The heart of Ljubljana city centre is a few minutes’ walk away, but still, the apartment is located in an area that is accessible by cars and has public parking all around. In the vicinity, there is a grocery shops, pubs and restaurants with vibrant local scene as well as public transportation (a bus stop) and a public bike-rental spot. Just across the street, there is Saint Peter’s Church, Ljubljanica flood gate can be observed from the nearest bridge and there are various buildings in the area, that are part of Ljubljana’s main hospital.

Brilliant service!

The apartment is nicely arranged, spacious and has excellent heating. A big plus if you are staying longer is that it has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The location is excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are quick in communication and gave us all the necessary information so that we can easily enter the apartment. All recommendations and if we come again we will be happy to stay there again.

Great place, ideal for families. There is everytnig you need, even gor longer stay. Excelent location. Near is big supermarket. Dragon’s bridge is only 7-8 minutes of easy walking and from there you can start your sigtseeng. Definately coming back, we really enjoyed.

This apartment is fantastic, right near downtown Ljubljana. The bedrooms are excellent sizes with a comfortable seating area in the larger one. The beds are of superior quality and it was such a benefit to have black out blinds on the windows! The kitchen is cozy/welcoming and accessing the apartment was a breeze. The nearby restaurants/bakeries are phenomenal, there are grocery stores within walking distance, easy bike sharing on the corner, and a kind/communicative host. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

An ideal place to stay in the main city and it got the first part of our stay in Slovenia off to a good start. The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly located, close to the train and bus station and just a brisk walk from the central area and the old town. Martina kept us well informed about access and throughout the stay. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift so bear this in mind before you book, if this would cause difficulties. Highly recommended.

The way the flat was set up is really cozy. We also liked the digital lock. It sounded complicated but it is really easy to use (you need Data) and as we were in a group, we could go back to the apartment whenever we like, we didnt have to move together if we chose not to. We loved it here! Such a welcoming space. It made us feel right at home. The kids loved that there were toys, my husband loved that there was big beer glasses, and I loved the personal touches. 😄 Everything was well thought out and smartly labelled. It was great to have a washer and a dryer, too. The digital keys worked great. Shops very close by, and a short walk to the old town. Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Martina’s apartment. There was plenty of space and the apartment felt light, roomy and comfortable. The space was well presented and generally well appointed. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom had a double bed in it when we stayed, rather than two singles as was stated in the listing, which made things slightly tricker as we were travelling with our two small children. Martina and Matej were mostly quick to respond and came across as friendly and helpful hosts.
