The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out. Convenient location. This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc. A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

Room was fine. But the no staffing is definitely an issue. A 3rd party to send us the info to get into the building is definitely challenging when you are from another country since you have you call someone to get this info. That being said after the phone call took a few minutes for them to send an email with the codes. Does get a little noisy the building next store often has singing/preying around 11-1amish but some ear plugs work fine all and all good location for the price

Easy and quick check in. No remote control for TV, reception sorted that out with house keeping. Air conditioning didn't work and the window didn't open, one fan in room but was not enough to chill the room. Rooms was spacious and clean.

"I had a very nice stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really good being right across the road from the Beach and the Promenade is great for evening and morning walks, not too bad a walk into town, either. A very enjoyable weekend was spent there."
