7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out.
Convenient location.
This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc.
A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

"Just the two of us stayed here for a romantic weekend away for my 60th. Lovely house, great hosts, thoughtful touches. We were a bit taken by surprise when we arrived and realised what we thought was the garage was actually another holiday let as we'd purposely booked somewhere private. However we ..."

"The room was clean. It was about strange to have only 1 beside lamp in a room of this size. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet and was very loose so moved when you sat down which was disconcerting. The menu was much improved from previous stays."
