"We went expecting a downgraded depressing hotel after reading the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised, the owner a lovely helpful man greeted us on our arrival and explained the parking situation straight away, the hotel breakfast was very nice, and staff very friendly.The hotel itself doesn't do evening dinner but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the hill upto the hotel if you're walking will certainly keep you fit.Tea and coffee along with iron and ironing board in all the rooms and the perfect view of the bay."

"Well located in prime Location with beautiful sea view. Room was nice and spacious, unfortunately the carpet in the room was dirty marks needs updating other than that nice snd clean, shower area was a bit tight. Good selection of Breakfast."

"We were welcomed by Beth who was friendly and helpful then and throughout the stay. The room was clean and airy despite the hot weather and had everything we needed; the added extra we didn't expect was a huge jacuzzi bath! The wi-fi and smart tv were good. We ate both nights in the restaurant; the food was very good. Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful with lots of choice and the hot food was cooked to order. The hotel itself is well situated on the quieter side of Llandudno, directly facing the beach which is just across the road. Parking is on the road and depending what time of year and day, available right outside, either way, when busy, spots can be found yards away on side roads."
