Staff where friendly & helpful. It's a shame but had to ask for hairdryer as one wasn't in the room, I was advised by staff that some had broken hence why it was missing. Dirty spoons in room, which where replace quickly by staff. No vanity area in room. Breakfast was a bit lacking for me, coffee wasn't great & pastries where clearly not fresh.

Wedding noise meant we had to be moved room even though when i checked in i was assured we would not be disturbed by the noise. In reality our room was right over the wedding disco and the noise was awful.

Nuce and clean. Comfortable bed. What more could you need! Great location for the docks and city centre. Parking a short walk away but not too far.
