Very basic room, could do with some improvements such as soap in the bathroom, a spoon to stir tea/coffee. Tea bags just loose, would be better in a sachet. Didn’t dare try any food in the bar/dining room due to the large rats seen running in the area near the kitchen and bin area. No housekeeping, ...

The rooms were spacious with a separate lounge area, well decorated Shower was terrific. And really comfy bed The restaurant was excellent with local seasonal food

Country property In Rural Herefordshire / Powys border near Hay on Wye
House was better than expected. It was superb. Great for a family get together. Kitchen was large, lounge was large, garden was large and everything was just perfect.
