For our evening meals we took an easy 11 mile drive to Llandeilo where there were several options. Visiting National Botanic Gardens was easy (once we used a map and ignored SatNag!) and that's an excellent day trip. We rarely visit the same place twice, however, we wouldn't hesitate to return to The Mill...

"Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. There is a great pub nearby and an excellent restaurant a little further away - for Londoners a meal to match anything in the city for half the price. George and Linda could not have been more helpful, phoning a local GP and arranged...

They were very helpful regarding info on local amenities and have two well-behaved dogs. This is a quiet location and great for a good night's sleep. We would definitely revisit if in the area. "We loved our 2 night stay at Castle Lodge. The hosts were charming and their breakfast was the best I'd had away from home in a long time. Very comfy property with good amenities. Only two rooms (one bigger than the other) so not too many others to share with. Definitely stay here!"

"We stayed 6 nights at this wonderful, homey location! We stayed in the Brewhouse and loved every minute we were there. Made a fire about every evening and read till bedtime...even the 9 year old that was with us! Didn't turn on the TV 1 time! Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but a small town is only 5 minutes away. The only cons were: Breakfast not included unless you are in a B&B room - the brewhouse is not considered to be. And that we couldn't stay longer! Thanks, Rupert!...
