Dee Bank Cottage comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, ideally four adults and three children across three floors. The kitchen is sleek, modern, stylish, and fully equipped for mealtimes to be enjoyed. Guests can dine casually at the breakfast bar with the stable door leading straight out onto the terrace overlooking the river or at the dining table upstairs also with its own terrace to enjoy the river from. Next door is a stylish snug offering a Smart tv, log burner and a small bar area, perfect for movie nights by the fireplace or enjoying a quiet cocktail.
Head to the first floor to discover a lovely open plan living and dining space, with wonderful attention to detail. Doors open onto a small balcony offering prime river views, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. This floor also houses a quaint WC, inspired by vintage train station waiting rooms, adding a touch of nostalgia to the property. When it’s time to sleep, the three luxurious bedrooms offer everything you could need for a restful night. A spacious double, a twin, and a triple bunk room, along with a family bathroom and a study area for hybrid workers. When it’s time to explore there are plenty of lovely pubs within walking distance including an award-winner on the opposite side of the river. For days out you can try white water rafting and explore the river. Or simply take a walk along the riverside walkways. Theres a great play park for the children, and plenty of activities to keep them entertained.
