The shops and food right as you walk out alot to do and see.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

We had an excellent stay but we were let down by Expedia and I wouldn’t use Expedia again. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights six months ago at £300 per room per night. The rooms came down in price by 50% a few weeks before our stay. Despite Expedia’s chat help telling me they would refund me the difference through their best price guarantee when customer services emailed me they said this was no longer available. So it cost me an extra £1000 booking in advance using Expedia, next time I will book a few weeks before directly with the hotel.

Location Amazing , the place was so spacious and it had a huge freezer,nice and warm,so nice to have a dryer and washer.Truly everything you could need!

The staff were welcoming and polite at all times. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, our bed was big an very comfortable too. I especially loved the shower as had lots of pressure and the toiletries were from Rituals and smelled lovely! the swimming pool and the gym were exceptionally clean. The only thing that would improve the experience would be the pool water being a bit warmer and having a jacuzzi. Breakfast was nice with plenty options. It could not be better located, it was perfect to visit all attractions, only short walk to the docks, bars and shops, etc. I will definitely stay again on my next trips to Liverpool!
