Easy access to all in Liverpool especially Matthew st.

Room was very big and clean with a huge window and a lovely view of the Liver Building . Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Nice bar with outside space and views .

Stayed in a Signature Suite spacious and spotless. Breakfast was one of the best I have tasted. Also would recommend getting a coffee out of machine in breakfast room Top class brew.

We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore.

My stay here was really good. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is great, in the centre of town. It's really good value for money.
