"Amazing villa with plenty of activities and a number of outdoor pools to choose from. Unfortunately all the activities are pricey, food could have been better (we chose to eat elsewhere most of the time), plus there isn’t much nearby (you will definitely need a car staying here). Having said that, the villa is worth going to for the spa and swimming pool alone"

"We stayed at Tent Arenal with our family, including our children, during our trip to S'Arenal. I have to say that the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay truly enjoyable. They really went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. The only downside is that I don't think this hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. During the high season, there are many German and Dutch guests, and unfortunately some of them behave quite poorly. There was a lot of drinking, loud shouting, and noise late at night and again early in the morning, which was disturbing for families trying to sleep. Fortunately, the wonderful staff made our stay worthwhile despite this. One suggestion for improvement would be to enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly. Smoking is not allowed around the pool area, but some guests ignored the rule without being reminded, which affected the experience for others."

"This was most definitely a 5* trip for my family. The hotel is beautiful, the setting, the bedrooms, the pool area, the ambience, the restaurants...... A great place for a relaxing stay. A car was essential and getting around was easy. I'm not sure I would do my main summer holiday there for fear of the kids getting bored of the pool area and not being near the beach but that's a personal preference. I highly recommend a trip to the Zoetry if you're thinking about it. The only negative is the service, it's slow and quite often drinks are forgotten about and food takes very long. Fine for adults but kids can get a bit twitchy. They have a QR code facility for ordering drinks around the pool, it worked maybe 50% of the time. They claim the order didn't go through but when you submit the order you can hear the chime at the bar so not sure I always received an honest excuse for the lack of drinks. More of an annoyance than anything else which is why I stick to my 5* rating."

Ona Cala Pi Club

"Cala Pi is a lovely village 30 mins from Palma. The hotel is next to a great beach in a large cove. There is another smaller quiet beach that you can walk to in about 20 mins. The village has several nice restaurants - Restaurante Sa Terrassa was excellent. The hotel was good value for a basic 2 bed apartment with breakfast. Location makes it excellent."

"Staying at Don Pepe hotel was a good experience. We appreciated the kindness of the staff. There is always someone at the réception, which is helpful. The staff has been Nice and responsive. The hotel is quiet except some nights where young People made parties in their room."
