From the moment we arrived, all the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our entire stay. For my birthday, we made a reservation at Tauro, their steak restaurant on-site. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the amazing service. Our toddler wanted to play outside the restaurant, and the waitress noticed we were struggling to enjoy our meal. She kindly offered to play with him just outside, where we could still see him through the window. Thanks to her kindness, I was able to fully enjoy my birthday dinner—something I’ll never forget. There are so many fun activities for kids, including a playground that my son loved. It’s definitely a great resort for families, with plenty of amenities for children. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond on my birthday by decorating our room with balloons and surprising us with dessert. I felt so special and appreciated. I highly recommend Melia Puerto Vallarta, especially for families looking for both relaxation and kid-friendly fun."

"I stayed at the Marival for 2 weeks. The resort itself is great. They had shows every night in the theatre from the entertainment team and activities throughout the day by the main pool. Fernanda from the entertainment team was super helpful and friendly the whole time. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a family vacation."
