The room was in good condition. The staff were very very friendly. The restaurants each had an hour plus wait every night. We chose to eat at the buffet almost every night bc we didnt want to wait such a long time. The employees work very very hard. There were times when we saw the same people working breakfast at 7 am and were still working at 7 pm. Expedia advertises the "adult pool" as such but there were kids there every day on the 2nd floor pool. The Bartenders at the outdoor pool were wonderful. Especially David and Jesus. Very attentive and accomodating. The shows were scheduled very late in the evening. 9pm. The view from the balcony was very nice and relaxing. Nice loungers on balcony. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. It was peaceful and relaxing but if you are looking for a variety of activities and entertainment, this would not be the best option.

Five stars for the front desk employees Jesus Aquino was very friendly and professional. The check-in was nice and easy even though was busy. The rooms are very nice and clean, beds very comfortable. The hotel has many levels and mamy stairs with very few elevators and the only one for the main restaurant Cúa was out of the service for one day. Food is the same every day. The structure is very inconvenient for kids, older people and handicaps. They run out of beach towels very often and is almost imposible to get a bed beach ever, even if you get up at 6 am. The other ones were around the pool but they rent it with a package with alcochol and food. The kid pool was close under repair. I when to see one show and was ok but too crowded and no place to seat. Expedia offered a 15% on beverage and food for not all inclusive and that didn't happen they said it wasn't in the system. The employees are great and very friendly. In my opinion the hotel is ok but I will never go back to that place.

I am a Expedia gold member which it says that if a room upgrade available I would get it for no cost. Well there was an upgrade available for about $140 a day. The first three days there they closed down the swim up bar at 3pm for private party even tho they did not use the pool.there was a perfect spot behind the swim up bar for private parties. We were also advised that the restaurant are first come. But when we arrived at a restaurant they advised a 90 min wait. Even tho they had numerous tables available and they advised by they were reserved. So that’s when we found out about butler service. So if you have a butler you can make reservations. Very nice perk if u have it. The food is absolutely amazing at all of the restaurants however at ever restaurant they have up charges for certain food items. I think if you pay for an all inclusive it should be all food. The food staff is absolutely amazing.
