Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was fine. Just two thingxx as though which need improvement:
- Wi-Fi was patchy at best.
- Having gone to bed about 11, I couldn’t get to sleep because the bar music was blaring out into the courtyard below my room window and ended up phoning the hotel at11.30 to ask them to turn it off - though to be fair they did do that.

The room and bed was very comfortable. The tea/coffee making facilities were not good. And the original staff member I spoke to was quite rude and unhelpful.

Don’t be put off with the outside of the hotel it’s a bit shabby and need some TLC however inside was lovely staff where lovely too. The parking was a bit expensive £44 for 48hrs I do think should be free or reduced rate for people using the hotel! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely ...
