I grew up in Łódź and I can say that it would be hard to find a better location for a hotel. As it is a new hotel, it would be hard not to like it.

Everything was amazing: staff, room, room equipment and location. Breakfast was delicious with large choice of dishes. Additionally we have great view on Łódź's streets from our room.

Convenient, central and comfy
Very centrally located hotel with great double glazed windows so the rooms are peaceful and silent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, spacious lobby. Small, basic gym. Strong, reliable WiFi. Breakfast buffet is standard. Hot buffet should serve hot not lukewarm selection.

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte manchmal etwas unfreundlich, aber sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Negativ ist bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse, dass kein Wasser bei der Zimmerreinigung nachgefüllt worden ist, dass kein Wasser im Lobbybereich zur Verfügung stand und dass es im Frühstücksbereich, obwohl bis 10:30 Uhr, schon kurz nach 10 Uhr unruhig geworden ist und gegen 10:15 Uhr schon angefangen wurde, das Buffet abzubauen. 10 Minuten vor halb 11 gab es dann auch keinen Kaffee an den Automaten mehr. bis 10:30 Uhr gibt es laute Ansage Frühstück, also möchte ich mir um 1 Minute vor halb 11 auch noch was gönnen!

Très bon sejour
Sejour en couple de 6 nuits. Hotel neuf bien situé a 1 min a pied de l'avenue principale et a 30 sec d'un point central de tram) Chambre comfortable ( manque peut etre d'un peu d'espace de rangement pour les vetements pour des sejours plus long ) Salle de bain avec douche tres bien. Petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet ( chaud et froid ) diverse sorte de pain et viennoiserie. Manque du vrai jus d'orange ! Je recommande !

Alles ist sauber und modern. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider hört man nachts etwas die Straßenbahn vorm Hotel. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen (zum Lüften). Aber sonst war alles fein...

Perfekt för att utforska den vackra staden Lodz
Perfekt läge mitt i centrum. Litet men välplanerat rum. Inte överdådig, men allt vad vi ville fanns på frukostbuffen. Slutligen vill vi nämna att personalen var mycket trevlig.

Nytt og fint hotell, men litt oppstartsproblemer. Kun en heis som fungerte og kunne ikke ta trapp fra rom til lobby. Ingen rengjøring på tre dager, greit nok men litt skuffende.

Storstadsresa
Hotellet är nyöppnat, fräscht och ligger precis vid huvudgatan Piotrkowska men det inte allt som fungerar som det skall. Rummen är bekväma och fint inreda, sängarna med dubbla kuddar ett plus. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet väntar på att få alkohol rättigheter. Frukostsalen har alldeles för få bord, fick sitta i soffan i lobbyn och äta frukost. Man får vänta länge på hisarna tex vid frukosten.

Stor besvikelse. Städning var 3:e dag! Vi fick be om toapapper, rena handdukar och vatten. Bara en fungerande hiss och jätte långa köer. Never again!!!
