The food in the restaurant was very good-nicely cooked.
The room upgrade was very good too, with views over Bute Park.
What was not so good was having to shower in the bath-no walk-in shower..very tricky for an 80 year old like myself..we had tried for a disabled room, but none were available for both the nights we were there. I think one should be warned about this-outdated and unexpected.

Bedroom and bathroom was immaculately clean. Bathroom had white fluffy towels and lovely deep bath. Layout of bedroom floors are very rambling, with many rooms far from lift.

This place is absolutely filthy, it doesn’t look as though it has been cleaned in over a year. We would not recommend and still waiting for a refund as we left early. Very disappointing. Hotels.com you should take this off your rentals
