Overall pretty good stay at the hotel, though the shampoo/body wash offered seems a bit lack luster. Also having a menu for the breakfast would be helpful, as asking the greeter at the dinning area with "what options are available, what do you serve, and 2-3 other forums of the same question yielded little results.

We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. Loved the thermal swimming pools, proximity to the beach, and the excellent breakfast buffet with freshly cooked food, if desired. The room was a very generous size.
