The accommodation is arranged over two levels and designed to provide comfort and practicality. The ground floor features a double bedroom with direct access to the veranda and a small private garden, along with a full bathroom with shower. The upper floor offers a bright living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. The outdoor veranda on this level is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

The outdoor areas include a ground-floor veranda surrounded by greenery, an upper terrace for relaxing moments, and a private parking space. • Utility costs (electricity and occasionally water), if applicable, will be calculated based on consumption and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on a physically present credit card belonging to the guest.
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the issuing bank).
• Any damage or rule violations may result in partial or full deductions.
