Elegant and spacious 90m2 (970m2) apartment in Costa Corallina at 150m from the sea. Fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, free WiFi and smart TV, making it perfect for tourist travelers and anyone looking for a home away from home.

It is located just 15 km south of Olbia and attached to the tourist town of Porto San Paolo.

The balcony overlooks the beautiful bay of Porto Istana and is equipped with a built-in barbecue and tables, benches, chairs and deckchairs for eating or just relaxing while contemplating the view.

The living room features a large sofa area with Snart TV and an additional dining area.
