"Overall, the hotel itself was good. The housekeeping staff was not responsive, and did not replenish items even after requesting three times in 24 hours. Very frustrating at this level of hotel."

"Stayed at SpringHill Suites Chicago and honestly…this place delivered across the board. The staff set the tone right away—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without feeling forced. You can tell they actually care about the guest experience, which goes a long way. Cleanliness? Top tier. The room and common areas were spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. No corners cut here. The amenities were a standout. The bar was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day—and the bar menu had solid options (not just the usual sad hotel snacks). And let’s talk about that continental breakfast…AH-MAY-ZING. Plenty of variety, fresh, and actually enjoyable—not something you just grab out of necessity. Location-wise, you really can’t beat it. The walkability was perfect for getting around the city without needing to constantly rely on transportation. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Bottom line: clean, comfortable, great vibes, and exactly what you want when staying in a busy city. Would absolutely stay here again."
