Great hotel ! Prime location . Walking distance to the main square and all other attractions. Very well decorated , very clean , super friendly staff, breakfast buffet was amazing and the steak restaurant in the lobby is probably one of the best restaurants in Prague . I’ll definitely come back next year .

The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

This property is an unofficially ikea demo with all the furnishings. This wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, if they were to upkeep and maintain the items in each room. However the coffee machine upon my arrival was completely broken, the frying pan scrapped and scratched so badly I could see 3 layers beneath the non-stick coating.
While a couple of the desk staff were very kind and did their best to accommodate within the best of their abilities, namely Maya & Adam, not everyone was eager to make the stay a pleasant one.
Maya was kind enough to have the coffee machine fixed after I wasted half a sleeve of Nespresso trying to get it to work.
I was just as surprised to find out as another reviewer was that yes indeed your room does shake along with the subway as it passes by.
I can not even imagine booking this place with the intention of having someone sleep on the couch, as the entrance door to the room was less than a meter from the elevator entrance — screaming children, rude and loud guests, and the cleaning staff on other’s checkout day do not make any effort to keep the noise down. Which wouldn’t be a problem if there were any insulation between the door and hallway whatsoever, but you can hear people breathe through the entrance.
Washer, NO DRYER
Upon asking for even 15 minutes of late check out, I was told, “sorry no” after 1+ week stay.
Of all of the places in Prague, this was my least favorite of either stay so far. I would not recommend it for the pr

8.2/10 Very good! (315 reviews)
"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about ..."
