"Where to start.. Upon arrival we were met with a big smile and our room was ready, and a lovely one at the front of the building which is part of the original coaching house, 4hrs later I had a freak accident on some steps (totally my fault not looking where I was going) I spent the next 4 nights in hospital with 2 broken ankles but these guy's couldn't do more. In-between picking my daughter up and bringing her back to the hospital with supplies and keeping in touch they then allocated a different twin room so my daughter and my dad (who came to the rescue as he's insured on my car) could stay closer to me in the complimentary ground floor room. We were treated so well even let us stay an extra night so I could at least see some of Scotland before heading home. The building is currently undergoing upgrades and I'm excited to see the results next year as we are definitely coming back... I will look where I'm going this time! All in all what an amazing place, staff and facilities were great, and people must allow them time to complete their renovation plans, for the price and location this is a gem and I cannot thank Louise and her team enough. See you in 2027 guy's ☺️❤️"

"Fantastic cottage, with everything there you might possibly need. Great location, with lots of little independent shops. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, we would love to come back. Fife has a beautiful coastline, we never knew beaches could be like this in the UK...we almost don't want anyone to know, to keep it a secret!!"

"The East Lodge was so lovely! It is in a beautiful setting and the decor and attention to detail within the cottage was wonderful. Communication was great, and the team was very responsive with questions. I highly recommend. As others have said, it is at the entrance of the estate (it's a gate house!) so those enjoying the estate are walking close to the cottage."

"The Studio at Maspie House is a stunning stay. A fresh, warm breakfast welcomes you every morning of your stay and the family that runs the building is lovely. The Studio is a garden suite with a beautiful view of the palace through the skylight. High quality shower and bathroom as well. Would recommend to everyone."
