Very stressful to turn up, having booked months in advance to tell me my booking on the hotels.com app had been lost (‘failed to integrate’ apparently)! Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains.
