We wish to highlight some areas in your non genuine feedback. First of all, our colleague has been threatened by you and this was the reason why we did refuse to accept you as a Guest staying with us at the property, after your reservation ended. Secondly, you breached the house rules and policies and were informed about that prior to check-in, same as rules during the pandemic period were ignored. No matter the fact of your behavior with our colleague, you was also offensive and used inappropriate language every time my colleague tried to communicate with you. We do understand your point of dislikes you have had, but unfortunately as London has used every free space, there is a City View, either a landmarks, or other houses around.
