A spacious 4 bedroom Edwardian home, perfect for families or groups and comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Enjoy off street parking for up to 4 cars and quick connections via the Elizabeth Line - with direct access to both Heathrow and central London - both only 4 stops away and a quick 7 minute walk to the station! Also in easy walking distance of all amenities - including Waitrose, local parks, childrens playgrounds, a running track, plenty of restaurants, shops and pubs. Another advantage is the lovely, private garden and large patio (not overlooked)

The house offers flexible and generous space - downstairs is a large open plan kitchen/dining area - perfect for socialising with friends or family and upstairs there are four comfortable double bedrooms - two of which can be made up as singles or doubles.
One of the stand out features is the large, private driveway with parking for up to 3-4 cars - something very rarely found in London!
Getting around is easy : the Elizabeth line is just a short walk away, taking you directly to Heathrow in one direction and central London (including Bond St) in the other.

A large, airy, open plan kitchen/diner to the front of the property, with a dining table comfortably seating eight. Dedicated, well lit work space with large desk in the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a large Smeg double oven and induction hob, Siemens dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with icemaker and water filter. There is also a TV here, with Netflix and HBO Max. Leading into a downstairs utility area, with Miele washing machine and Miele dryer and a cloakroom with toilet and sink. Back door with access to the garden.
Leading through to a beautiful, spacious living room with statement stone fireplace and brand new remote controlled gas fired 'log burner'. A 55 inch Sony Oled TV with Netflix, and plenty of comfortable seating for eight on the large corner sofa. Full height French windows open onto the gorgeous, private garden (not overlooked) Large paved patio with dining table, benches and chairs to seat eight, and a 5 burner gas BBQ. Lawned garden with mature, tropical plants.
Upstairs, there are four modern, newly decorated king/superking bedrooms - all provided with 100% cotton bedding and thick fluffy white towels . The two bedrooms at the back of the property can be made up as doubles or twins, as required. The master bedroom at the front has a TV (hidden away in the central wardrobe) There is a newly renovated en suite to the master bedroom with large, walk in shower and full size bath and toilet, and to the rear of the property - a separate family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and double sink.
