The lady at the front was extremely helpful. We loved the location and it felt super safe, lots of amenities close by. Carpet/flooring could use updating. Loved the laundry facilities and the common areas were nice. It was a good sized room . Very simple. No tv.

The location of this stay is fantastic—just a short walk to Big Ben—and the bedroom itself was kept clean. However, the rest of the stay fell short of expectations.
The bed was quite uncomfortable with outdated metal spring mattresses, and there was no AC provided. The bathroom was somewhat clean, though a bit dated. The biggest disappointment was the kitchen, which was unmaintained and dirty throughout our entire stay. There were no basic amenities like frying pans, cutlery, or garbage bags, making it nearly impossible to prepare even a simple breakfast. The few items available made it feel like we were invading someone’s personal space.
Overall, the lack of basic comforts and upkeep made this feel more like staying in a private room at a hostel than a proper rental.

Great LOCATION, upscale neighbourhood. The Front Desk staff (Roxanna) was very congenial and helpful with any small concerns that came up. Vrbo host was readily accessible and checked in via Vrbo Messenger. This a a college/university student residence which was fine for us, especially since most of the students were on summer break. The bedroom is large with windows and a sink inside. The toilet and shower (outside of room) are very clean. There is a very clean communal kitchen and a separate living/study area and even a cinema/TV room. The building is secure, requiring the guest to use the fob twice to enter and a key to unlock the bedroom door.Local restaurants, grocery stores are close by. We are coming back to London later in the year and would be interested in booking this accommodation again. Bottom line, very functional accommodations for a very reasonable price by London, U.K. standards.
I was very disappointed with this property. The room had a very unpleasant smell because the carpet was old and dirty. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest.
My room was extremely hot, and when I reported it, I was simply told to open the windows. Unfortunately, the windows didn't work properly, and even if they had, it didn't feel safe to leave them open since they faced the street.
The bathrooms are shared and located outside the rooms, and they were not clean during my stay. Additionally, there was rarely anyone at the reception desk if you needed assistance.
The only real advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of many of London's main attractions and central areas.
Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it based on my experience.
