Regarding the welcome basket I am glad you found it useful. We did provide tea. There are three large pots by the microwave, one labelled tea, one coffee and one sugar. We have taken on board your feedback about milk and will be adding this to our welcome pack. Unfortunately we are unable to provide alcoholic drinks. We are sorry you found it difficult to get into the studio and were quite surprised as we have had a lot of feedback on how easy the check-in process is There is just a code to open the main entrance gate and a code to open the key safe where the keys to the studio are deposited. Thanks for your feedback. I am pleased you enjoyed the local area and all the facilities Wimbledon has to offer. I am also pleased your enjoyed the central location of the studio. I am however disappointed that you did not enjoy all the facilities the studio has to offer. In many of my reviews it is stated that the space is not spacious. It is a studio and studios are always quite small. However I feel that the studio has been designed to maximize as much space as possible. The accommodation is suitable for guests who are looking for good value accommodation and will be out all day sightseeing using the studio as a base. For this purpose it is ideal and does really give good value for money. You will be very challenged to find accommodation for 4 people at the level of pricing of the studio in London. The outdoor space does give a lot of extra space and it is a typical English garden, mature with beautiful flowers in the summer. The BBQ was bought only last year however I have looked at it and the lid has rusted. Unfortunately the weather in the UK in the winter is not very forgiving. I will be replacing it for this season. However this was only the lid and the rest of the BBQ is fine. Lots of my guests enjoy BBQs in the garden, enjoying the wildlife that we get in the garden, some lovely squirrels and hedgehogs. I can also assure you that the photos were taken with a very basic iphone. I was offered a package with homeaway for professional photos but declined. I do not believe my listing to be misleading. My other reviews address the issue of space and the listing has the measurements of the studio. Also I am really surprised that you found cleanliness an issue. I have an absolute gem of a cleaner. We allow from 11.00 am check out to 4.00 pm check in to give the studio and outside area a really through clean dedicating 5 hours each time a guest is arriving to make sure everything is up to standard. I always quality check all cleaning. Many of my guests have commented on how spotless the studio is. I have a lot of returning guests and am disappointed that we did not meet your expectations in this instance.

Maybe you didn't pull it out fully? We are always on hand to help if needed and there are instructions in the property guide which are in the kitchen Charlotte

Personnellement, j'ai équipé avec tout ce que je ne voudrais quand je pars en vacances. Je suis également très heureux que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement central et bien desservi par les transports. Une des meilleures caractéristiques de l'atelier est que bien qu'il soit dans un emplacement central, il est très calme. Le studio est petit car il est un studio et il est vrai que si les deux lits sont ouverts l'espace est limité. Cependant, comme la plupart de mes clients l'utilisent comme une bonne base de valeur et seulement ouvrir les lits sont la nuit cela ne devrait pas être un problème. Je sentais que je l'ai fait le meilleur de l'espace disponible et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour confortable, bon séjour de valeur à Londres. En ce qui concerne la pression de la douche, il y avait malheureusement quelques problèmes dans la région et ce sont maintenant pris en compte. Au moment du séjour, j'étais à l'étranger ne pouvait donc pas se rallier. Cependant, il y a toujours quelqu'un disponible 24 heures par jour s'il y a un problème ou des problèmes à régler. En ce qui concerne les modalités de paiement, il est normal pour les locations de vacances à régler 8 semaines avant l'arrivée et cela a été spécifié dans nos termes et conditions que nous avions envoyés avant le client fait la réservation. En effet, si le client doit annuler, nous aurons alors assez de temps pour annoncer de nouveau la propriété et le laisser à d'autres clients. Je suis heureux que dans l'ensemble vous avez eu un séjour agréable et nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau un jour.
