A minimalist’s dream, Britton Street III almost feels like you're entering a contemporary art gallery, thanks to its perfectly positioned design-led statement furniture and lighting pieces along with an impressive double-height living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Set over two levels, the two bedrooms can be found on the upper floors, with the master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom featuring a balcony and the second bedroom overlooking the living area by way of a glass panel. The living room is part of an open-plan layout that includes a sleek and compact kitchen, as well as a dining area, creating a sociable atmosphere. The ideal base for a business traveller or a group of friends, the home is located on a quiet back street in Clerkenwell, amongst restaurants like St. John, and a short walk from the pubs, eateries, and bars in Farringdon.
