Like most of the other reviews I read. There was a lot of construction going on, very noisy. The main bathroom shower drained very slow. And the other shower (w.tub) only had half a shower door and it didn't go to the roof. As a result of this , the floor got soaked. Good access to DLR train and busses.

Overall it was good time. There is few things to bring up in attention. There is no place to leave your luggages which kind a big hastle they should provide place to leave your luggage. Iron board is in very bad condition shall be thrown away you cant use it. Kitchen utensils to be add more not enough

We liked staying here but not use to the noisy trains lucky they stop after midnight

Comfortable but very noisy surrounding.
Good value. Location is not very central but there is a tube station and bus stop near by. There is a lot of construction nearby si very noisy as well as the dlr train stop.

Not awful but not great.
I chose this apartment because it was significantly cheaper than nearby hotels and it was in a location suitable for a wedding I was attending with two friends. The booking process was a little disconcerting as I was given the impression the apartment manager would contact me to arrange the key pick up but when I had heard nothing I emailed a few days before my stay and was thanked for confirming my booking - I had been under the impression it didn't need confirmed and hate to think what might have happened if I hadn't contacted them. I was then advised I would get a call the day before to arrange key pick up but I got a call about an hour before the 7pm key collection deadline. I was taken by surprise when I was told I would be paying a £300 deposit as this was not clearly explained during the booking process though I do now see it is in the fine print.

As written in the fine print, we have to hold £300 as deposit in case of damage to the property, but it is going to be refunded within 6 working days after your check-out, depending on your bank. Before your check-in, we tried to contact you by phone several times, but unfortunately we couldn't reach you, both on the day before and on the same day of your arrival. Traveler's Nightmare
Wifi didn't work for half the trip. Hot water cut off and finally we were informed that we should add water to a tank inside a closet by the front door. Surrounded by construction projects on all sides of the balcony without a view of anything but the train, which only is not running from midnight to 5 am. The noise is unbearable. There is no A/C so the windows can not be closed or it is too hot. The confirmation says there is a sofa bed. There is none. And the confirmation also stated there was free parking and again that was false. Our son wound up sleeping on the floor for a week. They didn't respond to the email they sent about meeting us for the key. We wound up waiting in the lobby for hours. We received a demand for 300 pounds damage deposit which they processed on our card and that cost us an additional $50.00. Avoid this like the plague.

Dear Norman, Thank you for your feedback. To be honest, we are quite shocked by your review. As soon as you reported the Internet issue, we called the supplier in order to fix it and we kindly asked you to report again if the issue hadn’t been solved, but we did not hear from you again. Regarding the other issues you faced in the property, we sent our handyman over to the apartment in order to fix them straight away. On regards to the sofa-bed, it seems that there has been some sort of misunderstanding with the way the booking platform presents our apartments, as we do not have a sofa bed in all of our properties in City Tower building. Moreover, at the time of your booking, you explicitly requested for just two double beds, which we have provided. In addition, on the website you booked from it is clearly stated that we provide for the apartment an offsite parking space for £8 per day. We did not receive from you any email confirming the check-in time. On the day of your arrival, we tried to call you many times in order to arrange the check-in, but we could not reach you. We just received from you a phone call while you were already on your way to the apartment asking to do your check-in immediately, notwithstanding the fact that in our house rules it is clearly stated that we ask the guests to get in touch with us at least an hour before their arrival in order to arrange the check-in. You ended up waiting in the lobby because, not being provided with a check-in time for you, the person in charge had arranged at that time another check-in with other guests. As it clearly stated in our house rules, we ask all our guests a breakages deposit of £300. I can confirm we charged you just £300 and your deposit has already been refunded to you. Großzügiges Apartment,leider sehr laut!
Gut geeignet für 4 Personen, da 2 Bäder vorhanden sind! Beim Check-in haben wir Pommes mit Mayo in der Microwelle entdeckt, aber keiner befand es für nötig, dies während des Aufenthaltes zu entfernen (haben wir selbst gemacht) Abfluss im Bad war verstopft und es kam kein warmes Wasser, dies wurde aber im laufe des Tages beseitigt! In den Schubladen waren z.T. Haare und Dreck! Keine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer! Die S-Bahn fährt ab 4:30 bis 1:30 Uhr, d.h. es ist sehr laut, zusätzlich z.Z. eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus!! Nicht für lärmempfindliche Personen!!!!
