Excellent, brilliant communication.

Really great location and secure. Excellent communication with host 24hrs before and throughout stay. Very helpful and helpful. Best experience I've had in a long time. Rooms all spacious and plenty of towels and cushions. Even had fans for if you were too warm. Car parking right outside and tube max 5mins walk. Can't rate it high enough.

The owner was friendly and responsive but the heat and water heater were not working in winter making the house quite unpleasant.
