Very nice apartment, and friendly staff, though some of the plumbing fixtures do require some attention. (a loose drain plug and slightly blocked sink). Only other negative was the lack of any coffee brewing device, a plunger / press would be great. We would certainly book again!

Perfect set up for family of 5. So much more comfortable than a hotel room and less expensive and more space than 2 adjoining hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and the small kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast each day. Close to 2 subway stations and Paddington station for train to Heathrow. Nice quiet neighborhood short walk to Kensington Garden.

I thought the property was excellent! Nicely designed, spacious, clean. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom made us feel very at home. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home even more. Always asked us if we needed anything and greeted us with smiles! So to all the staff we send you a very special thank you, for making our stay an extremely pleasant and enjoyable one.

This was a very modern apartment, surprising since i have stayed in so many in London before:) Great service too as i had issues with the door lock etc WIll definitely come back

Great apartment
Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a good central location. Staff very welcoming. Kitchen was perhaps a little under stocked in terms of crockery and utensils, but only a minor gripe and I wasn’t doing much cooking anyway! All in all very decent value and a lovely stay.

Good location. Near a metro station, This hotel apartments everything you'll need to feel right at home. Three bedrooms is furnished with a queen size bed, and for groups of six. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm including pots and pans, spices, etc. Staff is amazing and always there to assist with any questions. The reception "Ksymena" was very kind and helpful.

was looking for something close to a central station with two bedrooms and a living/kitchen area to accommodate our family of four. Chilworth fit the bill perfectly and did not disappoint. I looked at the average rating of the property and then the negative reviews to see why people did not enjoy their stay. It seems like the trend was staff, items went missing and noise. My experience was completely different. The people working at the desk (3 different people) went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. Anything I asked, they accommodated. I locked electronics and passports in the safe but did not see anything missing and the cleaning folks were in there each day. There was very little noise inside of the flat and since it's just off the main streets, very little street noise as well. Last, the unit was spacious, clean and could use a painting sometime soon. Bedding, showers, etc were all very clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone

Nice but noisy
Great price and clean room but beware of room 603 that has very noisy people directly above,,that started clanking around at 4:30 AM and did not stop before I finally got up and left for Heathrow. Not sure if they are permanent residents above but it was so loud it sounded like they meant to make noise.

Awesome awesome property, highly recommended. We stayed at the 3 bedrooms apartment and it was really spacious and clean. King beds in all the rooms, kitchen was clean with just right tools and utensils provided. Location was strategic too. 7 minutes to Bayswater/Queensway. The nearest and most convenient underground station would be Lancaster Gate (central line) which is about 7-10 minutes walk. Loved the overall experience and definitely coming back here for the next visit with family!

Nyoppusset og flott leilighet. Mye for pengene! Fin beliggenhet i forhold til undergrunn, kort vei til Paddington Station. Nær Hyde Park. Fint, rolig strøk. Mulighet for å kjøpe mat og drikke nær leiligheten, både kiosker og noen restauranter. Kaldt bad, men rent og pent. Hard sovesofa, god seng. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Veldig hyggelige i resepsjonen. Vi kommer tilbake!

lovely apartment!
観光にとてもよい立地。 朝はHyde parkへ散歩に行けるし、最寄りの駅はPaddinton駅以外にもLancaster Gate駅もあり、便利。 スタッフがとても優しくて、助けてもらいました。 バスタブはない部屋でしたが、とても静かで綺麗な部屋で休めました。 テレビではBBC radioも聞けます。 観光にとてもよい立地。 朝はHyde parkへ散歩に行けるし、最寄りの駅はPaddinton駅以外にもLancaster Gate駅もあり、便利。 スタッフがとても優しくて、助けてもらいました。 バスタブはない部屋でしたが、とても静かで綺麗な部屋で休めました。 すぐ近くにコンビニもあるし、 歩いて10分くらいのところにwaitroseもあります。何か買ってきて部屋のレンジや電子コンロで温めて食事を取るのもよいです。 テレビではBBC radioも聞けます。 Stuff were very kind and amazing. 地點方便 但住宿情況尚待改善
地點附近有不同食肆，距離Paddington大站約10分鐘路程，方便來往機場及近郊。 房間內有多種設施，床舖舒適，部份員工表現友善。 但以下仍有很大改善空間︰1)熱水供應不穩定，如秋冬前往應考慮 2)設施貌似完善，但有些未能使用，例如電視 3)House keeping較馬虎，浴室內的毛巾濕了亦只是放在浴缸，沒有更換，直至直接向reception反應才更換
