Breakfast was awesome - especially the croissant was heavenly.
If the staff knows a little about where to get the tickets for tourist attractions, train stations etc., it will be helpful.

Really lovely staff who were so helpful. Hotel in a convenient place.
Breakfast busy but staff kept it well stocked and clean. We had a lovely stay and will stay again.

We had a very nice stay in London and the Holiday Inn was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was provided each morning but you need to reserve your spot for breakfast ahead of time. They do offer coffee at any time. The hotel was very convenient to many of the sites we visited. We arrived early and they tagged and held our bags so that we could go enjoy the afternoon. Also beautifully decorated for the holidays!

The heating was very noisy, and the room very warm despite turning the radiator down to zero. The cleaning solution used in the room was very acrid in smell and has transferred to all of our clothes.

Convenient location from Blackfriars tube station.
Room faced the road which was noisy at times as taxis parked outside in the early hours. The room was adequate for our stay and the shower room was compact but nicely tiled and clean. Breakfast was ok and offered a fair selection although lots of guests in the dining area didn’t make it a calm experience- the majority of whom were from other countries and quite rude.

We booked a twin room over ten months ago and choose the twin room option, when we got there, there was no twin bed and we had to share a double bed. When we checked out, took the 3rd person to check us out. And all she said was ‘is that all’, no customer service skills what so ever.

Convenient to station & many attractions. Better than expected for price. Staff were all very friendly room was very clean. Nice to have breakfast included which was excellent. Could leave luggage in secure room when arriving early & on day of leaving. Room was a bit noisy but to be expected in London.

This hotel was exceedingly convenient for the Southwark and Waterloo tube stations. It was a short walk to the river, the Tate Modern, and numerous restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the beds and the bathroom. You don’t have control of your own thermostat so if you’re accustomed to USA levels of cold with your A/C you might struggle. We will definitely stay here again because we love the neighborhood. It’s safe and exciting.

This is a great property if you want to be within walking distance to most of the attractions in London. Was very clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was much better than I expected.

We loved our stay here. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the breakfast options and quality. They also provided us with a fan for our room which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very convenient, clean and had really good breakfast! We felt extremely safe walking to and from the hotel to sites, restaurants, and public transportation. It was pricey and the air conditioning didn’t work in one of our rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! We would stay here again.
