Only stayed for 1 night, so can't comment on all
aspects, but hotel was spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had booked the hotel because it was close to London Stadium & I had a tour there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Used this hotel for ABBA voyage. Perfect location in easy walking distance. Close to Olympic park/ West Ham & Westfield shopping. Clean, quiet, parking on site and good breakfast
The Hotel was the perfect location for seeing ABBA Voyage being just a short walk from the venue. However, Stratford itself was not the best of areas. We asked a policeman how to get to Stratford High Street and he said "Whatever would you want to go there for". The Hotel was a ten minute walk from Stratford Station with excellent tube and overground connections but we were advised to take the route to and from the Hotel via the High Street rather than the walking route identified on Google. The Westfield Shopping Centre was excellent with a wide range of good quality shops. The Stratford Centre Mall is not of the same standard. Overall, the Hotel was perfect for what we wanted for the proximity to the ABBA event.
We were very pleased with the standard of the accommodation. It was clean, well equipped and had a comfortable bed. There was a wide choice of breakfast options on the buffet. All the food was good quality.
Parking was a bonus.
Great location for the ABBA Voyage. Hotel was clean and great for what we needed. Good selection at breakfast and staff helpful and efficient.
Tube and station 5 min walk from hotel.
We were in London for the Abba Voyage show. This hotel is in a great position for this. Several bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the Westfield centre is within 10 min walk.
A great breakfast selection, fleshing cooked hot food and a good selection of cold breakfast items.
Convenient location for Queen Elizabeth centre,
Staff nice and helpful,
Rooms cleanness was ok but not great,
Breakfast quite standard, cutlery not very clean.
Holiday Inn has two hotels in the area with almost same names which could lead to confusion
Great breakfast clean and cosy room. Great location for the abba arena and elizabeth line.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Nice enough hotel looking a bit tired in places.
The bed was a little too hard and pillows too soft for me personally.
Breakfast area way to small for the size of the hotel and chaotic in the morning.
Overall a pleasant enough stay.
We had 2 rooms. In 1 room the TV wasn’t working & on inspection the aerial cable fell down from being tucked in behind it. Rang reception & someone came to check. Said it needed maintenance crew with correct tools, so offered us a room swap. The new room was adapted for disabled, but was ok for our single night. Food / bar was ok with some ‘children’ options. Good breakfast selection. As there was ‘limited parking’ we left car at Westfield Centre - but that was a long walk with our bags.
Rooms are basic but ok. Breakfast is poor quality and cramp when trying to get to the food and drink.
Poor parking and the staff take up the spaces anyway
Perfectly placed for the ABBA Arena. Limited parking but great if you can get a space. Rooms are a little old fashioned, but staff were lovely and very helpful with requests and questions.
Good value hotel
Rooms clean and comfortable . Bed comfortable, towels & bedding good. Breakfast experience poor- small area serving breakfast, very busy, people queuing, chaotic.
Had an excellent stay at this hotel, close to ABBA arena, a 10-15 minute walk, which is why we chose this hotel l. Staff were friendly and attentive, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely and well stocked. Can’t fault anything.
