We stayed in Apartment 8 for two nights over the weekend. The location is great base for a visit to our capital..The apartment is a home from home, you won't be disappointed and surprising quiet considering we are so close to the High St.

We loved the location and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so plenty of space for 3 of us. With a fridge, DW and washer/dryer it was well-equipped. My only suggestion would be to provide a box of tissues and a roll of paper towels. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

I found the property to be very stylish, warm and comfortable. The shower was amazing and the ktchen was well equipped with full appliances. Home from home. I could have easily stayed there for weeks as all my needs would have been met both inside and outside the appartment. A nice touch was the complementary Nespresso coffee and biscuits!

Exceptional service in an excellent location
Location was excellent, just 3 minutes away from shopping street and 5 minutes from underground. Parking under the apartment is not available if one has a car. We were in apartment 11 which was on the highest floor. Note that the lift only goes up to the floor before that - one would have to walk or carry their luggage up the stairs. The apartment is well equipped - detergents provided for dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, kettle. We wished that the beds were slightly bigger. Think it was smaller than standard queen. The couch and carpet were stained but apartment is otherwise clean. Service was exceptional. As our flight was in the evening and we stored our luggage there, the in charge that day (Merehan) also kindly allowed us to use an available apartment after our check out time to eat our packed meals and use the washroom before we head off to the airport. That was much appreciated as we have young kids with us.

The B’Shan apartments met and in some respects exceeded our expectations. The location is superb quiet residential area but within a minutes walk of the Kensington High street . Also would like to mentions and thank the staff on reception who were very helpful and understanding when my son fell ill . We will be returning

great location and a modern apartment.
We were greeted well and had a fairly straight forward check in process - we did not realise we needed ID to check in so additional paperwork was needed as we do not travel in the UK with a passport. The room was lovely although a little smaller than I had expected but nevertheless had everything we needed except some milk which would have been a lovely touch as tea bags and coffee were provided so milk would have been handy. It was an exceptionally cold time while we were in London and we could not get the room to heat up - after mentioning this to the staff they attended and set the thermostat to 30. Wow - you think, that must have been hot. It wasn’t it was just then a lovely comfortable room temperature so I was not surprised that we had it set to 25 and at that the room was cool. Great location - 5 min walk to the underground. Buses run frequently along the High Street and many restaurants and bars in the area. This is London so you need transport to get around but it is so easy. If we were staying for longer the room would have been ideal for up to a week but on a return visit I think a larger space would be better for 2.

It's location is perfect close to shops, restaurants, cafe's, whole foods ,underground train station and in an affluent community. The place is very cozy for a couple and has all the amenities. Would recommend having a hair dryer/straightener especially if you're traveling abroad. Other than that we were very satisfied with the service.

Excellent location just off Kensington High Street, so easy to get to most places. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment in the basement, which was pleasant enough but the bathrooms were very small. The internet was not available for our whole 3 day stay, and reading previous reviews it looks as though this may be a regualr problem, but that did not bother us too much.

Wow, what a truly lovely find. We were greeted with a smile and a very friendly attitude. We went to our apartment ( number 2) it was fabulous, the photographs, are absolutely on the money, you are getting what you see. Clean,warm and comfortable and luxurious. The location was the draw for us as it was near to Kensington High Street Tube, and within walking distance to all the museums and galleries that we wanted to see. The only downside was on our first night the alarm was beeping through the night, and the water system was very noisy, but it's a no brainier, this is a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely reccomend it to all my friends and family. Thank you.

Incredible property, Incredible service
First time to stay at this property, and I was very pleasantly surprise upon check in....especially the reception. I travel almost 260 nights per year and I am very particular about the properties I stay. Upon checking in I was greeted warmly by a very helpful front desk manager, Lorentsa. She was able to provide helpful insight about the property, ensure the unit met my expectations, suggested ares to visit in the immediate area of London, and even helped explain other room types they have for my future visits. This is the type of above and beyond service that will have me returning to the property. In addition the room was very clean (property newly built), the bed was comfortable, kitche stocked with essentials and bathroom was spotless. Location is perfect. One block from lots of activity, but because it is removed from the main street it is very quiet...I slept very well.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The closeness to transportation and all the “tourist” things you should be doing was very nice. The lift was convenient but if your not a fan of stairs be cautious as this unit is the 3rd floor. The bed could use some softness and we had some trouble with the bathroom light switch. Otherwise it’s definitely a 8.5 out of 10

Our recent stay at B’Shan Apartments was awesome...(Room 8 with two bedrooms). We were a family of 4 (with 2 teenage boys). The front desk staff was extremely helpful and she did her best to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Without fail, she will always be asking if there were anything that she can do to help. It’s always nice to be greeted by her cheerful ‘Hello’ as we get ready to set off for each day. It is conveniently located near the subway, as well as there are plenty to do and see within walking distance. The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped and so nicely done up – nice decor and we really felt at home. After a long day of exploring the city – it’s nice to come back to a comfortable apartment! A*+ for location, and A* +++ for service of staff...

To my surprise the property was in a great location! I feel in love with the modern apartment. The apartment style hotel was just want we needed to end our 10 day European tour. I was greeted with a host at the front door that was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was CLEAN and very easy to get to all the attractions and i fell in love with the property will lodge again most definitely.

Lovely but noisy
Overall, with only one caveat, this is a lovely property. The location is fabulous and the place has been renovated top to bottom; everything is new and clean. The staff were exceedingly helpful and quick to address any concerns (initially both the phone and safe needed new batteries). The caveat: if you book the Studio Apartment, be warned this is on the ground floor between the entrance and the front desk. And the one amenity this lacks is sound-proofing. You will everyone arriving and leaving and the front door banging; as well as the desk phone ringing and the footsteps, furniture moving and other activities of your upstairs neighbors. So bring your ear plugs or pick a different room if noise is an issue.

Great find in Kensington
This was a great find in a wonderful area- Kensington. Not large but well equipped, modern, comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 or 5. I’d recommend to anyone. This is an unassuming great find. The beds were comfortable including the sofa bed! It is about a 60 second walk to the nearest restaurants. The quiet young gentleman at the front was so hospitable and nice.

Property is Not what it looks like on line / would not say it is luxury accommodations /location good / bed really uncomfortable poor quality mattress. Also carpets all stained in the hallway, making it feel like the place was not well maintained but the Apartment seemed clean .

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for staying with us ,all the furniture including the beds and mattress are very good quality from Andrew Martin you can check your self what is the quality look like then how much it cost, we are really sorry to hear that you where not very happy even we do our best to make all our gust visit as comfortable as we can ,in relation to the carpet we opened for business late March after full refurbishment, that has been done by our gust even it is only few months old but we are going to replace the whole stair case carpet by wood as it is not practical and cost us a lot of money to clean it every month.and we have done the first floor now.

A great stay.
This was a 2 bedroom apartment in Kensington. It is just off High Street, and very conveniently located to the tube and busses. The apartment was wonderful, with living and dining rooms, and a nice kitchen. The staff were excellent and helpful. When I come to London again, I will certainly book here.

Ottima soluzione per famiglie
Il nostro appartamento il 6 era molto ampio con una piacevole vista sul parco, carino anche trovare già nell'appartamento acqua, te , caffè e biscottini. il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Se vogliamo trovare un lato negativo divano letto un po' scomodo , ma onestamente non ne ho mai trovati di 'comodi'.

Strålande boende
Boende i hög klass, nära allt. Väldigt trevlig affär ut på stora gatan till vänster mot t-banan. Bra och trevlig service på boendet. Städning varje dag, perfekt utfört.

Ligger fint centralt og dog på en rolig gade. Desværre er der noget lydt fra lejlighederne ovenover, hvis folk går rundt i sko og trækker utrolig mange møbler over gulvet. Dobbeltseng er smal 120/140 og det samme med sovesofaen.

一間不錯的小酒店。
地點方便，酒店近地鐵，有很多餐廳，有超級市場。職員有禮貌又熱心幫助，也很盡責把事情做好。房間清潔，但清潔後常常忘記補回用品。

The area of the apartment is good but the apartment was not quiet clean as I expected and the bathroom was uncomfortable to to use. Expensive and not good enough.

Perfect apartment for a family visiting London
We stayed in an amazing apartment- no. 10. More than enough space for two adults and three children. The kitchen had everything we needed and the everything worked perfectly! The area is perfect of course- central and yet quiet. And can warmly recommend this location if you are in London with children!
