The entire room smelt of mold when the bathroom door was opened. The bathroom shower had mold around the edges. The room itself was smaller than the pictures made it to look which was very cramped and overly hot. The front desk had to come down with a tool to turn off the radiator as the lever was broken. Had it not been only the one night we would have demanded another room. In the morning we were woken by someone pressure washing the outside of the building right outside our window. It is very dated and if you have luggage it will be carried up and down flights of stairs.

Food was excellent , reasonably priced and delectable. I have Celiac disease and asked the staff about dinner options. The Hosts immediately understood my concerns, and made suggestions that would keep me safe. They also understand the cross contamination issues. They didn't have a gluten-free menu per se, but were able to offer 4 entres that were suitable. I had the Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry dish. Very satisfying.

The booking details did not mention that the room is an underground one. It’s very tiny plus the shower & bathroom did not fit me since the space is extremely small. Sometimes the photos in the offer are misleading.

A very strategic location for my activities and visit to the house of commons. Less transportation fare. Staff welcoming and helpful. Neat and quiet. Good breakfast

The staff was quite helpful with directions. My room was cleaned everyday and replenished my room's self-service coffee/tea. It's nice to enjoy a cup or two of coffee before going down for the hearty breakfast. I'd definitely come back & recommend Kingsway Park Hotel!

Wayyyyyyyy too hot in the room. Was boiling the entire time and there was no way to turn off the radiator. I kept having people trying to get into my room as well. Neighbouring rooms were blasting music at late hours of the night and yelling.

Helpful staff. Furniture could have been cleaner. Bathroom fan not working and fixed on day 2 . Stand up Fan was faulty (wouldn’t stay up). Bathroom too small!! Breakfast room was always out of clean dishes, cups, cutlery had to wait for them before we could eat.

sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen. Zimmer zu klein und Zustand fragwürdig. Kanalisation nicht in Ordnung, Fenster kaputt. Die Hotelbeschreibung Wellness ist irreführend. Frühstück OK

Very small toilet, grown man does not fit to sit. You hear all sounds from other rooms. Breakfast was quite poor. Customer service was friendly and helpful and also bed was fine.

Personnel adorable, tres chaleureux et accueillant. A quelques minutes de la gare et station de metro de paddington, facile pour se déplacer. Beaucoup de boutiques souvenirs, restaurant et bureau de change à proximité. Petit bémol pour la chambre située au 3ème étage avec des marches très petites et très raide à monter, de même que la lumière du palier qui reste allumée toute la nuit... Si possible demandez une chambre entre le sous-sol et le 2ème etage, surtout si, comme nous, vous prévoyez de faire beaucoup de visites... Sinon, vraiment très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel!

Hyggelig personale og relativt sentralt. Enkel, men god frokost. Rommet i seg selv, var helt ok. Svært lite bad. Trekker ned at det ikke var heis der, og bratte trapper. Helhetsvurdering var at det var et helt greit hotell.

An sich gute Unterkunft mit nettem Personal, leider Unterscheiden sich die Zimmer extrem. Ich hatte eine sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Bad ähnlich wie im Kreuzfahrtschiff, meine Freundin hingegen hatte ein fast doppelt so großes Zimmer. Vielleicht sollte hier nochmal in den Zimmern unterschieden werden.

Zimmer im 4. stock ear sehr klein, ohne fahrstuhl war schwer erreichbar WC war kaputt, es hat schlecht gerochen.Das Personal an der Rwzeption ( Kevin) war lobenswert wie auch die Dame beim Frühstück. Das englische Frühstück: fünf Tage ein Ei, Bihnen und Würstchen ohne Obst oder Gemüse könnte abwechselungsreicher und wualitativ besser sein

Godt og prisvenligt. God morgenmad
Godt og prisvenligt med god beliggenhed. Morgenmad var lækker. Du kan bestille Full English eller en tilpasset version, hvor du selv ønsker, om du vil have æg, bacon, pølser etc. Derudover cornflakes og mysli. Kaffe, te og juice. Smart at det varme tilberedes efter bestilling. Hotellet er ikke luksus, men med den lave pris, er det virkelig godt til prisen (betalte ca 6000 DKK for seks nætter for to voksne og to teenagere med morgenmad).
