This property falsely promotes itself as a bed abs breakfast on Expedia, and Expedia marked it as a great find. In reality it's an old, dirty, run down hotel with broken abs dilapidated fixtures, a leaky, bowed ceiling in the bathroom and consistently penetrating musty smell. It was a huge disappointment and shocking that they charge the amount they do. The man at the front desk was pleasant, and breakfast was fairly good.

Staff were excellent and the room was warm, clean and comfortable. Basic accommodation, but if basic is what you need, then this place is ideal. Very convenient location.

Good only for 1night.
Hotel is old. Room is small and bathroom is very cold. Breakfast is poor english limited type and fruits only old bananas and apples.It is very close to airport and you hear loud all planes. During daytime it is very cold in room, only in night you get some warm. Internet is bad. Bad smell in hall and in room

Lovely old guest house. Very typical of the guest houses I have stayed at in the past. There are no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. The bed was very uncomfortable, and this would be the only criticism I have of the property. Just needs upgrading as I had springs digging into my back all night.

Very pleasant stay. I was made welcome by very friendly helpful staff, who were willing to help in any way they could. Lovely warm tastefully decorated room with clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was traditional and set you up nicely for the day.

Good guesthouse to stay near the Heathrow airport
Thrilled to have my booked single room upgraded to the double room. Nice to have a small fridge in the room to store drinks. The shower is very good as the weather becomes chilling in the late autumn of England. The breakfast time is between 7:00 and 8:45 for every day, not very convenient. However, it is traditional English breakfast served hot and fresh. I will consider this place again definitely next time when I have a flight at the Heathrow airport.

Clean room with good facilities, spacious. Tv aerial did not work meaning that due to being a family with small children, we were home just after tea time without tv entertainment. Staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Just a few steps away from Hounslow Central tube station. And a short walk from the main shopping centre. Room was clean and comfortable Room also had a fridge in it. Cooked breakfast and cereal in the morning. Well worth the money.

Parking at the property is a bit of a nightmare, you need a code to open gates. Property very dated, breakfast very disappointing, it’s down in a cellar, this hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay, very basic, I will not stay again. Staff very helpful and nice.

Loved the room size with two queen beds and ensuite. Great breakfast and good choice. Lovely, friendly staff who went out of their way to look after our son and nephew. Car park was inside a piece of land behind the guest house that you could enter via a code and electronic sliding gate. Hounslow train station was only about 100 metres walk away and Lampton Park was opposite it. Some shops close by and the local library was handy for a visit if need be.

Room was in the basement overlooking carpark next to kitchen. Window broken so couldn’t shut window when went out. Walls paper thin so could hear staff preparing breakfast. On Heathrow flight path so could hear planes all night. Room boiling hot and no AC, ceiling fan did nothing.

Great place right after arriving from LHR
We were looking for a place to stay right after our arrival from LHR. Great option for the family of 4 adults, 4 single beds! Small bathroom, but who needs a big one for just one night, right? Good place to start our London experience. Had free breakfast in the morning too.

perfect!
Staff were very helpful arranged Taxi at reasonable rate. I had a problem with the television and the staff tried everything possible to repair or replace it whilst waiting for an engineer to fix problem. Breakfast was perfect and nothing too much trouble.

Highly accessible since it is located very close to train station/tube and shopping. However, compared to the other B&B's we stayed, we thought this was pricier. Close to Heathrow airport thru the Underground.

Value for money is the bottom line. Considering the price what you get for it is more than ample. Yes I agree the breakfast isn't great at all. But if you stick with cereal or toast then it does the job. Slow cooked hash browns are very different and not something I'll be trying again. The room was clean and pleasant, Twickenham was a nice 30min walk way which was ideal for the rugby. The bed was comfy, the fan in the room was impressively quiet and needed as it was quite warm in the room. Staff were pleasant, parking was secure. Overall very happy with the stay. I will no doubt be back.

Best thing about this stay was the early 12:00 midday check in. Bed was lumpy and breakfast was not good either. Window insulation needs a bit of work doing to it as we were awoken at 5am with Planes landing at Heathrow. We won't be staying here again!

It was nice to be in a classic london brick residence. It's a very decent bed and breakfast style accomodation. For those who like classic old homes I recommend it. There are no elevators, so those who may have a hard time with flights of stairs it's a good idea to just call the helpful staff after making the reservation (when I booked it there was no charge, all paid in person at the check in).

a quaint b-and-b extremely close to public transportation, and within reasonable walks to shopping (restaurants, groceries). the owners and staff were very attentive and made the stay quite pleasant.

I had a split stay. I stayed 2 nights on the 3rd floor. There was no lift so the staff carried up my bag. The bathroom was horrible. The floor was uneven, the shower head was full of mold and buildup, and the shower stall was moldy. The bed was lumpy and hard and so were the pillows. On the second stay almost a week later (both were already paid for and non refundable) the room was on the first floor and was updated so it was a little bit better. But the dresser drawers were rotten and moldy. The bed wasn’t much better than the first stay.

Well situated for getting into London on overground or especially the tube, literally a stones throw from tube station. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Secure parking was a big plus too.

We stayed one night waiting for a flight early the next morning. Hotel appears to be a re-purposed house. It's old and has a old musty smell. Room was clean and amenities were provided. Didn't get to sample the breakfast as we left too early. Staff were friendly. Would recommend cautiously if you just need a place to overnight as it's very close to the subway and the airport.
