This was our 6th stay at the Lancaster Hall Hotel. We really enjoy staying here for many reasons. The hotel is conveniently located. A 10 minute walk to Paddington Station and just a few minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station. The hotel is on the older side. However, it is clean and well maintained. The staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is wonderful. It is a cold buffet of cereals, toast, various rolls and sweet treats, luncheon meat, cheeses, yogurts, and various types of fruit. They have added a fancy coffee maker in their breakfast room. You can also buy tasteful souveniers as well as snacks and cold drinks. Looking forward to another visit soon.

It's cute small Paris hotel close to everything. Affeil Tower, cafe, restaurants, Arches and you can even do a long walk to other tourist attractions like Norte Dame, louvre museum

Great location, very simple rooms, just enough for an overnight stay. Giant flags right outside the window were LOUD in the wind. Like someone rolling luggage around your room the whole time. Walls also very thin, so hopefully you have quiet neighbors.

This hotel was close to the train station and to the Underground. The area seemed very safe at night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was small, but it was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and housekeeping came daily to clean. The TV had a way to connect your own streaming companies i.e. Netflix. There was a set up for coffee/tea with a hot water kettle. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower combo. The water temperature was easily adjustable. The lobby had water and snacks available for purchase at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is in an excellent location. It is just a few blocks from Paddington Station (an easy trip on the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow). It is within a five-minute walk to Hyde Park, and walking distance to Kensington Palace. Some good eateries nearby. And if you are taking a hop-on hop-off bus around London, the stop is a 3-minute walk away. The rooms were small, which isn't unusual for a city hotel. The decorations were minimal and showing their age. The bed was very small, but we made do. Across the board, the staff were excellent--very friendly and helpful in all ways.

We arrived late in the evening. The front desk staff were friendly. They had parking for us and helped us with our luggage. The neighborhood was well lit, clean and very nice and we felt very safe. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean, roomy and the beds were very comfy. I highly recommend the Lancaster Hall Hotel. The tube line is just down the street. 10/10

Very convenient for Hyde Park and tube into London. facilities were fine but nothing special, shower was too hot or too cold and the TV didn't work, but the batch filled quickly and the room was comfortable. overall it was OK.

Location is perfect, close to public transports, little coffee, green areas, etc Room was clean and bed confortable. Breakfast is good.. more continental… no scrambled eggs etc but enough to eat to prepare for a long walking day in London

No flushing toilet in our en-suite. Had to manage using the paper bin as a bucket until the 2nd evening when we were informed there was no problem with it but you had to press both flushes simultaneously! Pity maintenace didn’t leave us a note rather than us having to go to reception once again. Reception were delightful but even so!

The location is not far from Paddington station and Hyde Park so convenient if you need to be in those areas. The staff at reception were friendly when I checked in. The room I was in was overlooking the street and was a little noisy despite me requesting a quiet room, so that was a little disappointing. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I had other plans so can't comment on that. Overall I would consider staying again but only if I could guarantee having a quiet room.

We've stayed here a couple times, and it's always a good experience. Staff is nice, breakfast is good and its a very convenient location to Paddington station and Lancaster Gate Station. A couple nice pubs a short walk away and close to Hyde Park.
