NO PARTIES: We want to maintain respect for our neighbors and ensure our home remains a family-friendly environment. House parties are strictly not allowed under any circumstances. Please note that any party or large gathering will result in immediate booking termination and a £2,000 damage and remediation charge applied.

QUIET HOURS: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. This is a residential area, and we wish to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

NO SMOKING: Smoking inside causes lasting odor and damage. If smoking is detected indoors, a £1,000 charge will be applied via the booking channel to cover deep cleaning and remediation.

EXTRA GUESTS: No extra guests are allowed in the property beyond the confirmed reservation count.

ID VERIFICATION: ID verification and pre-check-in registration are mandatory before access codes are released.

HOT TUB: Used at guests' own risk. Please follow the guidelines provided at the property and in the digital Guest Guide.
