The house has Victorian character to it despite having a major renovation completed in 2018-19. We maintained many of the features including exposed beams, beautiful stained glass designs and traditional panelling.
The house has 4 bedrooms on the first floor along with a family bathroom, with one of the bedrooms having an en-suite. Then there is a very large bedroom with another en-suite on the floor above so many combinations of guests work well.
The house has a great open plan kitchen to host friends and family with all the high quality Miele appliances you would expect; oven, microwave, induction hob.
On the ground floor there is also a separate lounge area and office with good wifi for working from home if required.
There are secure electric gates to the main road with parking for one to two cars. There is an EV charger on the driveway. Front and back gardens are well-maintained.
