Can I firstly say the staff were really good, however this property should not have opened yet, the refurbishments are not complete. All air conditioning is not working, our room had no TV, not even any hangers in the wardrobe, and we were told breakfast will be in the hotel opposite.(Mum struggles with her mobility so this was not an easy thing due to the large steps in and out of both properties) There were workmen all over, asking to get into rooms and told they couldn't as they were occupied. The lift is the smallest I have ever seen, so my mum and our 2 small cases went in the lift and I climbed the 12 flights of stairs to our room. This hotel is not great for people with poor mobility, it needs hand rails adding, and the steps up to the entrance would be difficult for elderly customers. The rooms on the 4th floor are tiny not sure about the rest of the hotel but I wouldn't book back here once it is ready due the room size. Oh and most importantly it has changed its name, so don't go trying to find the Boltons as that is no longer what it is called! I don't know why I wrote down the street number but it was a good job I had or we would never have found it, met some lost Americans on the street also trying to find it. Can't believe we were not informed of name change.
Hotel did agree to cancel our booking - we left.
