Great location and staff was awesome. Photo of room on website is VERY deceptive. It’s a tiny room. It would help to have instructions on how to use the radiator type heat, not the digital dial on the wall. Also, closing the laundry at 8p seems a little early.

I liked this place. it is fairly basic, but the location is amazing, the place is great value for money, clean and with a big room and reasonably well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Certainly would consider again if travelling on my own for work or business, but not for a romantic getaway!

The property is <10min walk from 3 tube station (St Pancras, Russel & Euston). The room is as pictured, small but was great for solo traveler. Be cautious because the stairs are narrow and if your on lower level you will hear street traffic but it died down before 9p

The room was small but suited 2 people’s needs. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. The bathroom was tiny and for bigger people could be an issue (although it was not for us). Overall an excellent economical choice.

Great location, minutes from kings cross and from local shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. The studios are a good size and the beds comfortable. Kitchens are equipped well enough for a few days of self catering. The local streets are pleasant and there is a public garden opposite. It’s much quieter than I expected and the best thing is that the windows open. Fresh air in a central London hotel is a real bonus

W stayed here for only 1 night as we flew into Heathrow and taking the train from Kings Cross the following day. It is very easy to get to from the airport and takes about an hour. It is an easy walk to Kings Cross station, maybe 8 minutes or so. It was a very small room but for the one night was perfect. The staff was very nice
