Overall, it was an acceptable stay. We were a bit confused to find there was no air conditioning, as was advertised and mentioned in the listing, but the weather was thankfully lovely and mild the whole time. There were often things left in the stairwells which needed to be stepped around. If I hadn't undergone extensive physical therapy last year, this would have been problematic for me, as I usually use a mobility device. A few times, it made me a bit off-kilter and was hazardous. Also, there was a bizarre incident where we returned from a day trip to find that the room service had decided to REMOVE all of our toilet paper. I had to go down, thoroughly soaked, in the pouring rain again, to the main desk to ask for toilet paper. It was just tremendously odd and rather off-putting. This incident really impacted my feeling about the stay, and I felt very insecure about it. Also, the day we checked out, the room service left a pile of cleaning supplies in front of our door, and it was very difficult to get out. In all, room service seems to not have any care for safety or accessibility, which made things much more difficult throughout than necessary.

Close to Kingscross rail and underground stations which we used a lot. Very busy place with lots of people coming and going. We had a studio which was small and no lifts. I would stay there again.

We just returned from our trip… we loved the location…it was walkable to kings cross and th underground…such a great location…the room had everything needed …it was clean and felt very safe …highly recommend this place to stay!!!

It's as advertised, a studio with more room and shelf space than you think. We were pleasantly surprised. But the bathroom was extremely small, you have to walk sideways to get past the toilet to the shower and all your toiletries need to be on the kitchen counter outside the bathroom. For the price and location, we'd stay again, but not if we found reasonable rates elsewhere in London.

Check-in : Horrible. Got to hotel after 9hr flight. Desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. He insisted I had 2 reservations when I did not. Condition of Property: The property is poorly maintained. TV didn’t work, stained curtains, damaged walls, moldly washing machines and a mattress that remained in the hallway the entire week I was there.
