Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months.

Hotel was in a nice area that was convenient to the metro. The rooms were clean and while there’s not a ton of space, which we’ve found is common with European hotel rooms, we found it quite enough space for our needs. The price was excellent considering the area and the staff was very polite and welcoming. 5 stars!

Smiling staff welcome, exceptionally clean and neat room, well appointed. Good room amenities, including very functional desk, nice wardrobe, with safe and usual facilities of iron, ironing board, etc. Nice “extra” touches included Nespresso machine, biscuits, slippers and functional and informative “map / brochure / keycard pouch”. Quality bathroom. Could have used plug points at bedside table, but otherwise excellent quality establishment.

Stayed for 1 week with my teenage daughter. When we arrived, we thought it might be too quiet or out of the way. But after our first couple of days of tourist activity in the "hot spots", we were delighted to hop off bus #24 nearby and easily and quietly enter the hotel. We appreciated that it is a small boutique hotel (unlike our expectations from the photos of the GIANT building) that is one of many attached together in an area of similar boutique hotels. This made it super quick to get an elevator and get to our room, and back down to the lobby. We stayed in the smallest size room, which was indeed tiny. Thank goodness for the high ceiling that gave us some breathing room, however the lack of dresser or wardrobe or anywhere to unpack necessitated that we leave our large open suitcase beneath the desk and work out of it for the week. There were a couple of hooks on the wall with hangers where we could hang a select few items and coats, but you can not "unpack" into anything. The bathroom on the other hand was spacious and had the basics, and was modern and clean. There was no refrigerator in our room, so that was a small inconvenience, but there is simply no room for one. We did appreciate the room safe. Lastly, the front desk staff is efficient and sticks to the job, no idle chatter or friendly enquiries, but that was fine with us, as once we knew we would not be acknowledged coming and going, we proceeded to walk right by not feeling obligated to exchange pleasantries.

As for the Small double room you have booked, we do not claim that this room type has a wardrobe or refrigirator, neither in the room description neither in pictures of the room provided. We do invite you to try next time the Standard double room, where the bed and room size is larger, there is a wardrobe and cooler in the room.

I would recommend the Belgrave. Excellent location and staff. The room quality could be improved by adding a washcloth to the daily bath and face towels.

Loved the Belgrave. The location is close to some really good restaurants but also quiet. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to shopping at Victoria. But just catch the bus - the #24 is right outside and goes to Victoria Stn (where you can get 3-4 tube lines), Westminster, Oxford circus, Leicester Sq, Camden and Hampstead. The included breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

It was in a great location to walk to St James Park, Buckingham place and surrounding areas. Very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. And the room had everything we needed, from soap, shower gel, towels, tea/coffee making, fridge, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and tv.

The room was clean and had all of the amenities that we required. The included breakfast was excellent with many options of fresh foods. We were there for one week and there was enough variety. Best of all was the staff who were pleasant, helpful, and hardworking. Good central location for walking and easy access to the Victoria Station trains snd tube. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved this hotel! Super clean and modern, and in a really good neighborhood. An easy 10 min walk to Victoria station (most tours depart from here) and maybe a 15 min walk to buckingham palace. We did the hop on/off bus tours and it was great from that location. This hotel felt like affordable luxury. Would stay here again when visiting.

Great hotel for the short weekend. Great location, 10-15 minutes to walk from Victoria station. Room was big enough for two persons, clean bathroom and tea/coffe making facilities in the room. Even complimentary bottle water in minibar. Very friendly staff!

I booked a signature room at the Belgrave on an Expedia sale. The room was perfect! Great space, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast fueled me up for long days of walking and sightseeing, and the ladies who managed the breakfast worked hard to make sure guests were happy. The location can't be beat! The Belgrave is close to two underground stations, and the 24 bus is right outside the door. Besides that, you can walk to so many places within 20 minutes...Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. It's close enough to everything without being right in the center of all the chaos. I will definitely stay at the Belgrave again the next time I visit London.

The Belgrave was a great place for us. We were able to walk all over London. Had easy access (just down the street and around the corner) to the underground. Only issue we had was no site parking. But within appx 1/3 mile walk. Next time I wouldnt rent a car. Rookie mistake. Easier and cheaper to utilize the U

Flight delayed 2 days because of westher and snowstorm . Once my flight is delayed, I tried to contact Expedia as soon as possible when I was still stuck at the airport. Expedia cannot get a hold of the hotel at all for a full week and because of that there’s no refund or at least some compensation back.

This hotel was a real gem. So close to Victoria station so really convenient. Room was little but it was perfect for what I needed. Nice luxury products, tea and coffee facilities. Staff were all very friendly and it felt very safe as a solo female traveller. My only 2 tiny gripes- my window wasn’t locked and I only realised when I was checking stuff before I went to bed, as there’s a flat roof outside that made me a little uneasy (had to check under the bed) and unfortunately the towels didn’t smell very fresh, they kind of had a musty slightly cheesy smell to them which wasn’t very pleasant. Other than that, perfect stay, will book again in the future

It was much too hot in bedroom, and as we had a balcony, that connected to other balconys, we felt it unsafe,!! to open it during night for air, due to heat in bedroom

The hotel is situated near two convenient tube stations and within distance of lots of restaurants and pubs. The room was cozy and clean; the shower was amazing after long hours of walking around London. The staff were the best part - between the kind lady at the front desk who helped me check in hours early and the gentlemen who found a sewing kit for me after my bag broke on the first night, I couldn't recommend this hotel more.
