The Space:
• Ground Floor: A sleek, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space makes cooking a breeze. The open dining area is bathed in natural light, creating the perfect setting for meals together. Large glass doors open onto a private garden, offering a lovely outdoor space to relax. A WC is also on this floor for convenience.

• First Floor: A bright reception area with stylish furnishings provides a welcoming space to unwind. This floor also features a spacious en suite bedroom, complete with elegant décor and plenty of storage.

• Second Floor: This floor offers an en suite bedroom, a single bedroom, and a separate bathroom with modern finishes. A dedicated study area offers a quiet space to work or read.

The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.

For sightseeing, Big Ben, the London Eye, and Tower Bridge are reachable with a 30 minute train ride from Kidbrooke Station, making this a great base for exploring London's iconic landmarks.

The nearest Train Station is Kidbrooke Station which is approximately a 5-minute walk away, providing access to Southeastern services for easy travel across London. The nearest bus stop is located just around the corner, a three minute walk away. The home also has access to a parking for those wishing to explore the area via car.

The home is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the home. We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.
