Good for stay near Oxford Street
Everything fine, except the breakfast. Options were vry less. Staff was courteous. But suites had some infrastructure issues.

It's in a good location for Oxford Street,but it's not a good hotel.The wi-fi only allows 1 device access,the air conditioning is poor,the windows are not double glazed,the bathrooms are tiny

The hotel is really nice in a great location. The room is spacious & clean. The reception staff were helpful when we stayed there. However..... i left a dress in the wardrobe, i emailed them twice & had no response. I called 5 times & each time was told they would ask housekeeping & call me back. They never did!! I can only assume that housekeeping stole my dress. I would think twice about booking

Massive potential
Could be lovely. Some great design in the room just a few things need fixing. There is a potential mini kitchen but without cutlery or crockery it is a bit frustrating. Staff lovely, room clean and bed very comfortable

Central/convenient - but tired
Good value for a central location and the reception ladies were cheerful, even though they were dealing with an antiquated system and the tiniest desk space. Bedrooms were tired but the bed was comfortable. However, the air-con in my room was so noisy (old) that I had to turn it off in the middle of the night. The small shower room was not as clean as I would have hoped and the extractor fan rattled deafeningly. There was also a crazily bright green security/sensor light on the ceiling, so the room was far too lit-up during the night, rather defeating the point of the blackout curtains.

Great hotel, badly advertised parking
The overall hotel was great l, room was good and clean however a big part of this was “parking available” on the site only to be told that there was no onsite parking and that the only parking was on the street for 4hrs only. This was a massive inconvenience having to find alternative parking and at an additional cost that I wasn’t expecting to be paying

My room was very nice, apparently a deluxe room I somehow got upgraded to. Very spacious and comfortable. On the other hand, my collegue (who booked directly through the website) had a bad experience. They apparently lost or overbooked his reservation, and then he ended up in a small, damp, noisy basement room.

Complete rip off. Unprofessional staff. Moved my booking to another hotel of the group without explanation. The room was tiny, old and dirty. There was Mold on the bathroom walls. They wouldnt gice drinking water until asked everyday. The list is long. The only thing good about the place was its location.

Hotel is superb for concerts at Hyde Park and other sightseeing locations. Plenty of restaurants, cafés to choose from and 18 minutes walk to Paddington train station if flying from Heathrow Airport.

Bad lighting..bathroom had constant unpleasant smell..open sofa sleeper had big stain spots on the mattress. No heater in the bathroom. Placement of TV is way too high and isnt idle (50cm below the ceiling line). Overall not a good value!

Do not book a single room
Initially booked into a single room, which was the same size as my bathroom at home!! Not happy! However the concierge was great and managed to move me to a room where I could open a window and move! Full marks for the concierge, no marks for the single room!

Property is in a terrific spot for shopping at oxford street and HOHO bus tours (~5mins walk). It is a nested on a small quiet street. Not recommended for travellers with huge and heavy luggage (in the case where u live on the basement, there is no lift access. therefore, you may have to lug it up and down yourself). Single room is relatively small and narrow (may have issues in placing and opening your luggage). Bathroom is relatively clean and shower area is pretty cramp. Overall, it was “‘manageable” for the price if you are only looking for a short 1-2 nights stay.

Couldn’t tell you about the hotel, when I got there was informed that there were no rooms an that they had put me in a hotel several miles away, once I told them location was important for work they moved me to a sister hotel 2 minutes walk away where I got a small basement room

I was really scared as I had booked and then read the reviews!!! I called the hotel the night before my stay and they assured me I would be staying where I had booked etc. Upon arrival the lady at reception was lovely, and accommodating. She let me keep luggage with her until my room was ready (I arrived early). I got back to my room late at night and when I did I was so shocked, stunning, big room. I loved my nights sleep here! The "hotel" is very small and old, well kept enough but there is no lift/elevator and Room Number one is unacceptable. They put me there first and I was not happy, they moved me to a better room and it was fine. But do not compare this to a Hilton or Marriott. For the price it is fine. The people are nice, but the property is just OK, for the price it is good.
