A nice hotel. Very friendly staff. We had a noisy neighbour and asked the concierge for a pedestal fan to help drown the noise which they said they didn’t have anything. Overall a great stay.

The Westin London City is an example of impeccable hosting! The facilities are new and well taken care, the staff is incredibly efficient, pleasant and eager to please! The Westin Club is a plus on your stay! Every detail was carefully prepared during the Holidays! The location is premium, close to all touristic areas but not in the middle of the noise and the crowd! I strongly recommend enjoying a great stay at Westin London City in this great city!

This is the second time I stay at this property. The staff is well trained polite and helpful. I was treated by the place manager (Andre) He was so helpful and he gave us access to the business lounge. The whole experience was great.

Everything was great, Would have given five stars in all areas but room service was poor, although I did get an apology and chocolate and no charge. So call it 4.9 stars. Great location because it’s quiet but has good facilities nearby and 2-5 minutes to three tube stations. The pool and sauna/steam room are great at the end of a day of sightseeing and walking around

My wife, two teen daughters, and I had a wonderful time in the Westin London City. We had two rooms with a connecting door. It is in such a great location next to the Millenium Bridge. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna hit the spot after a long day of walking. WE travel a good amount, and this hotel was ideal for touring London.

Spacious rooms, staff seem to still be learning.
New hotel, rooms are what you’d expect from The Westin. Unfortunately I was placed in a room next to the first stairs and heard people coming and going a lot of the night. Staff in general seemed poorly informed/not well trained particularly in the restaurant. Nice stay but for this price I’d expect better service.

The property is well maintained with pleasant and friendly staff. The indoor pool has kids-only hours that were not disclosed at the time of check-in so look this up if you are traveling with kids.

Not a family friendly location. We chose the Westin due to its location and because of our previous stays at other Westin properties. This property however seems to cater more to the business traveler than to families. My two children did not feel very welcomed at the property and we felt uncomfortable using the pool and even walking through the lobby. Disappointing stay to say the least.

A new and high end property, the staff were very accommodating and the location was great. However at this price point, nearly $1000 per night, I would expect better.
