Shabby and tired but clean. There were parts of the blind missing on the bathroom window and the handle had come off the window lock. The whole room, bathroom and kitchen needs a facelift but it was nice and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard! A bit of TLC would make all the difference. We didn’t use the facilities but the reception area was pleasant.

Great location for travelling to Wembley. Free parking in hotel grounds. You can eat on site or plenty of places to eat within 5 minute walk into town before getting the tube

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Eastcote Station, we stayed for a concert at Wembley stadium which is about a 20 minute trip on the underground from Eastcote, the hotel itself is great, friendly helpful staff spotlessly clean spacious rooms and plenty of parking which was included in the room price, there were no negatives for us

Couldn’t fault the room, it was clean and spacious. What I would say is avoid the restaurant, we found the food inedible. We ordered chicken korma and garlic naan… the “naan” was a greasy, oily chipati and as for the korma, not sure what part of the chicken it was but taste and texture was just plain wrong As for the creamy korma sauce, we were served green, runny sauce with no flavour whatsoever. Just awful, we couldn’t eat it, just paid the bill and ate elsewhere. AVOID at all costs.

Overall the place is a little tired, however, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay to facilitate attending an event locally. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was well-cooked and with a lot of options and the location was ideal for us.
